Arkansas casinos can partially reopen beginning 18 May

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson said on Thursday that the state's casinos and racetracks will be able to begin partially reopening on 18 May.
Southland Casino Racing temporarily closed16 March 2020
In coordination with the Arkansas State Racing Commission and the state of Arkansas, the facility will close 16 March until further notice.
